ordered 2 Bottles from europe. shop sent it the wrong way. So they got it back. Took ages to get my money back and they still keept the shipping cost. Not very responsive. Feels likes scam.
Terrible service. Sold me a faulty product, instead of immediately replacing it or refunding me, they blame their supplier. Still waiting for a resolution. It's been 2 weeks since the purchase.
Always found CCACHE online/email support to be excellent. I had bought Ultegra groupset day before it went on sale. I had previously asked about any Ultegra sales so thought I'd ask support if they could still honour the sale for me. They weren't obliged to do so but they did without question saving me a stack of money. Of course I spent it straight away buying more parts from CCACHE. LOL!
