Looks like I’ve been CCACHE’d Just a quick run down of my experience. 1. I ordered parts on the 9th of April While these parts were shown as in stock (with the supplier) it would take 2-5 working days to deliver OK 2. Needing the BB in 2 weeks time (the reason for selecting express post) I then receive a message saying that the items will take 7-10 working days to arrive before being shipped to me, AFTER I have purchased the item. I had positive experience shopping online with them, so I decided to drop by the marrickville location. Despite the fact that they advertise the location under “retail stores” on their website, it is really a warehouse dispatch centre. If you are looking after kits or want to browse, this is not where you go. Only go there if you know the exact item you want to pickup. Outstanding service from CCache. Yes they have a top quality online store, but they really shine with customer service. Two recent times I’ve needed customer support help including warranty and Kimmy in particular was outstanding on both occasions.
Great bike shop, second time here. Recommended. Bought Vittoria MTB tyres and and XTR parts. Easy, helpful, cool. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys.
