If there was a zero star rating, that would best fit for this agency. I’ve spent over six hours of my time so far (almost a full work day; my accountant has also spent at least a couple of hours as well) having to prove four payments from 3 & 4 years ago over two years’ time. We’ve had to re-send documents twice that have already been sent to this agency at least once before. This agency is truly the worst. I would rate 0 stars out of 5 if I could. If you live in a municipality that made the idiotic decision of outsourcing to this agency, do yourself a favor and keep copies of ALL your tax forms/documents (W2s, returns, etc.), because this agency is horrendous with keeping their records up to date. Examples of their horrific recordkeeping include claims that they did not have a tax return for a year in which I did not at all live in the municipality (not even for a portion of the year), as well a... read more
