Keisha was an amazing help. She walked me through the paperwork questions I had with great patience. Kudos to her for all her help.
I just spoke with a rep who was rude as hell. I owe $700 because they said I didn’t file my taxes of 2021, 2022 and 2023 until 2024 which is FALSE. I’ve always filed on time and now all of sudden I owe this exorbitant about of money. I even sent all my tax returns and they still said I owe.
Andre is a very helpful customer service professional. I'm really grateful for his support. But ultimately the CCA's systems are very outdated. The website looks like it is a relic from 1997. If you have any business income alongside employment income, then you cannot file online and must file with paper. The tax forms are confusing. There is no separate line for business income, so I need to combine my employment income with my freelance income and then write a note on the form. But many people work two jobs. I've called twice and each employee i spoke to was able to answer my questions. Friendly, pleasant and even gave me more helpful information. I did not experience what the other comments are referring to.
