Come to file my city taxes 4/02/26 at noon and the building is closed. The phone line also closed yet it says hours of operation is till 4p just like the signs on the building said. How does this make sense? I go online and it even says open. If we are closed how does the building entrance not even say this? Wasted time and parking and still have to find time or miss work to come again due to no notice anywhere. If this was due to Good Friday it should still be posted of the closure.
I came in expecting a tough experience due to an audit notice, but Sophia was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She made the process much easier.
Good luck ever getting ahold of them. Without a doubt the worst taxing agency to deal with in Ohio.
I have to give kudos to Sophia at CCA. She has been so much help with the issues I am having trying to submit my individual city return. They have recently updated their site and it isn't uploading the necessary documents in order to file. So the site gets no stars but Sophia gets the 5 stars! Thanks Sophia!
