Impossible to work with. Every time you call and talk to an auditor, you get different answers to the same questions. My husband and I do not make a ton of money, yet they've been coming down on us for the last 4 years and meanwhile there are millionaires in Cleveland successfully committing tax evasion.
This review is specifically for my girl Kris/Chris (sorry if I've got the spelling wrong). Literally the only person I've talked to at this agency that was genuinely helpful and got my questions answered while I was on the phone. Give her a raise immediately!!!
Ms. Crosby is a life saver. She helped amend my return and walk me through the process of filing, estimates, etc.
No one ever picks up the phone. But they're quick to send you a bill. With no explanation. The office has Hundreds of cubicles but only three employees per floor.
