We’ve bought four forklifts from C&C / CNC around the same time for our business, and you’d expect that kind of commitment to be appreciated and supported with solid service. Really poor communication and lead time, and no support post-sale. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I've been trying to acquire a manual for a recently purchased fork lift for 24 days and counting. I need the manual because they sent us the incorrect charger with a new forklift, and we have to figure out how to hook up electric service to the incorrectly powdered charger.
