Tim was helpful in regards to my injury I sustained over 2 years ago. Local gp could not help or knew what the problem was. Been to Physiotherapist for over 9 months and nothing was helping me. First visit to Tim and immediately the systems of my injury vanished. Also within the first visit he explained what the problem was and where it was coming from. Wish I knew of Tim years ago. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
Julie is knowledgeable, friendly and is a master at acupuncture. Julie has helped me relieve so much nerve pain. Julie is a great listener and has treated direct pain points stored in my entire body. My son plays for U16s Mariners boys and has had a season of injury with bone stress. On coming back to training he was getting nerve pain in his lower left and right back. We tried Acapuncture as nothing else was working. OMG. Julie is amazing. She works on the affected area from all the pressure points and connected areas rather than the area itself. 4 treatments and he was pain free and ready to resume training. Julie is amazing as is the stretching classes on offer - try CCBM - you won't be disappointed.
I have had painful RSI in my upper right shoulder and right side of my neck for nearly 20 years.
