This place is ridiculous. My daughter waited 6 weeks to be seen and they cancelled her appointment the day before because I hadn’t finished all of the paperwork. They texted me to let me know that it had been canceled and when I called to try to give them the rest of the information they so desperately needed before the appointment, they refused to take the information, keep the appointment or even reschedule the appointment for a future date. Counseling is a great space to process life. Life is hard and sometimes guidance to change thought patterns is helpful. I really like my counselor. I recommend CBT counseling because I agree with their practices.
