Not the worst bank I've had an account with but pretty close. Better than Hardin Co.bank anyway. After 20 yrs Pam is still lacking on information when starting accounts. Hopefully it gets better.
Probably the worst bank I have ever done business with. The only bank I have had to wait 30 days before they can turn on mobile deposit. Pam or whatever her name was must have forgotten that part even though it was a question we asked. Hopefully it will get better but I doubt it.
