One lady in the Alcorn branch is always rude to me. Not just one time but every time I deal with her.

The staff here are the best people. I loved working with them. The reason I left was because of CB&S itself. Money was stolen out of our company account and CB&S did nothing to prevent it, reverse it, or from it happening a 2nd time a few weeks later, nor was I reimbursed in any way. After being told about this issue the staff said they could do nothing because of CB&S policy. I had to move to a bank that was capable of keeping my money safe.
