MS Kathy Pace did an exceptional Job helping me today. As she always had been. She is always so helpful with anything that I have needed in the past. Even with my granddaughters account. Helping her learn to navigate her account properly. She was juggling 3 different things today while helping me open a new account. She is always so friendly and always has a smile on her face and never makes you feel like you are bothering her.
One lady in the Alcorn branch is always rude to me. Not just one time but every time I deal with her.
