15-year banking here, but today was the first time the bank teller asked me for my account number. Small town feel is the reason I bank at CB&S. They treated me like they were a small country town business. On this day, she gave me an ugly look when I didn't have my account number. Usually, the nice teller would check my driver's license. Then, respond by calling me by my name, asking what I needed. They would go as far to fill out the deposit for me. Then, they make feel at ease for not having my account number. Will tear you to pieces with overdraft charges and any other charge they can come up with, and they will also hold checks written to you by University's for 7 days if a company has ever made a mistake and caused an overdraft on your account. You get no help from any of the staff. They are all useless. As soon as my check clears, I am withdrawing all of my money and goodbye CB&S. DO NOT BANK HERE!
They have been so helpful and supportive on multiple occasions, including when I got charged twice for same service which caused an overdraft, they were never rude and exhibited nothing but concern and patience and got it all straightened out rather quickly! I can't thank all these kind ladies enough!
