I have been a customer since 2006 and never had a bad experience with this bank until 2020. A teller at the Pine Street branch was rude but I just chalked it up to someone having a bad day. This month (March 2022), associates were rude at the Hough Road branch to a friend of mine and to me over a cash deposit. I spoke with the area manager who seemed to be a genuine, concerned individual before he spoke to the manager of the branch.
