Stephanie Harrison from the Hough Road, Florence Branch, Stephanie was very helpful. She helped me with a banking situation on one day. My husband has Parkinson disease and wasn't comfortable with the change. Stephanie helped me to get it changed again so it was like my husband wanted. She was very patient and kind. I have been a customer since 2006 and never had a bad experience with this bank until 2020. A teller at the Pine Street branch was rude but I just chalked it up to someone having a bad day. This month (March 2022), associates were rude at the Hough Road branch to a friend of mine and to me over a cash deposit. I spoke with the area manager who seemed to be a genuine, concerned individual before he spoke to the manager of the branch.
