I have used this bank for the past 7 yrs. I have never had any issues. If they put a hold on my card they contacted me. They will clear up any issues immediately with you over the phone. I had another bank that woukd not contact you. I was left with one weekend. Unable to get gas. No cash. And no clue the reason my debit card was not working, I had just got paid.
