I've been using them for years.
This bank has committed fraud against my accounts with no notice and started charging a service charge on a savings account here without a phone call or mail and has been doing it quietly where I haven't been able to check while on the road. I will be making federal complaints and filing lawsuits. They can come at me with all their arbitration clauses and their surprise agreements you have to click on through an app that you can't understand the terminology.
