Monica Rudd is the most inept, low- energy, and unprofessional lawyer I have ever encountered. Go do your "free consultation" with her, and you'll know exactly what I mean. I have never experienced such a blatant disregard for a clients needs and outright theft of a clients funds. After researching online reviews and interviewing several lawyers for a recent family law issue I decided on Julia Tchezganova. She is knowledgeable, straightforward and approachable. She listened to my concerns and evaluated my situation. She only suggested outcomes that were reasonable and fully supported by B.C. Family Law. We were able to very quickly achieve a separation agreement and settlement while incurring minimal costs. I highly recommend Julia and would use her services again.
