Finally got a hold of someone, just to be told that their post is wrong. They have limited hours, even though it says open till 11:00 p.m., and they're not even able to take a request and help you, even though you call before 11:00 a.m. Kinda weird.... Especially since I've scheduled appointments with them and they never kept them... I used their app process to schedule an appointment and it even said it'll remind you the same day and send an appointment reminder. It never did...
