I went to a concert that offered FREE self parking and PAID valet parking, I was confronted and harassed by Helen S, who told me I had to pay to self park. The employee of this valet company is aggressive and even smacked the back end of car with her hand in front of me as they were leaving as if they were trying to steal their own self parked car!! If I could leave a negative star I would!!!
My vehicle was damaged while in their care, I had to call every single day just to get them to review their security footage. Conveniently, the footage was “deleted,” and I was met with complete disrespect and zero urgency throughout the process. I’m now left with over $550 in damage to my brand-new vehicle, with no accountability, no apology, and no solution from their end. Went to Zeffs have video of my vehicle prior to going to Zeffs. Was handed my keys after my vehicle was parked out front. Saw the next day my vehicle was damaged on the passenger right number. Talked to the manager Helen who stated the video footage was not there and there was nothing they could do.
Zero stars, only recommend if you want your property disrespected and damaged- last Saturday while parking my Ford Bronco these clowns hit the valet sign right in front of me. Got out looked around to see if anyone witnessed and then got back in and pulled off to park like nothing happened. Reckless children working
I’ve used this valet company several times—at restaurants, fundraisers, and even a personal event—and they consistently deliver excellent service. Their team is professional, friendly, and efficient. The customer service truly stands out, and they always make a great first impression for any occasion. Highly recommend!
