We were made to sign contract for them to do our taxes. Being unhappy with them we decided to go elsewhere. Went to office to pick out papers up and they wouldn't give is anything until we gave them check for $700. Which is what we agreed upon( lessened learned) I would of been happy to pay them something for their time . Was hoping to give them maybe $300. I think that would of been a fair amount.
