CBI Markham deserves a 5 start, all the staff a very friendly and approachable. Cheryl and Hannah are very knowledgeable and customize a plan that is suitable to me. They are patience to answer all my questions and compassionate. I would recommend new clients to visit CBI Markham, if you want a pleasant experience.
I have been treated by Coty Stephenson at CBI and Massage Addict for over 7 years. I am grateful to Coty as she has always made my back & life so much better. Lisa at CBI reception has been efficient and a pleasure to work with too. Great location with plenty of parking helps as well.

The new Supervisor in Hamilton mountain priority is the cutting of overtime rather than proving the right person for the right client! She just changes a regular PSW who is a regular client for 3 years without prior notice to the client & to the PSW. This Supervisor is not beneficial for a health organization like CBI if she prioritizes cutting overtime, sacrificing the wellness of their client . You should put a Supervisor who will try to know your clients & must learn to disseminate information both to PSW & Client ! If yo... read more
