Had a great experience at CBI health. Both Ola and Nancy are amazing!!
I want to thank Ola my physiotherapist for helping me on my road to recovery ! He was the first physiotherapist I have ever had and I am so pleased with his work. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of . Please send him my thanks. As well Nancy, it was always such a pleasure to see her when I walked in. They feel like family at this point. I would recommend this clinic to anyone . Thank you for everything
The physio therapist never paid attention to what I was doing. He gave me an exercise then played on his phone while I did it. He has no idea if I was executed the exercise correctly or how many I did. Even sometimes when I said I was done that one, I had to wait til he was typing on his phone for the next exercise. It was very rude and unprofessional. Never listened to my complaints of what was hurting where, and how to change up the exercises. Which is too bad because it seems like he knows his stuff. These kind souls made my knee replacement, recovery, amazing, kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. If ever, I need them again, hopefully not I would highly recommend them in a heartbeat.
