Been going there for awhile now due to a severe motorcycle accident. Went from being in a wheelchair to crutches to a cane all with the help of Renelle & now Brandon. I hear good things about everyone there though. Kelsey too. Brandon will do anything to help you and is the most polite & understanding guy. The receptionists Sherry & Julia are super nice and will go above and beyond to fit you in as best as they can even if something doesn’t line up. Still going for my recovery. ❤️🩹

I went in to inquire about physio and massage due to a workplace injury. The receptionist was abrupt and in my face, stating it would cost a lot of money and asking whether I had private insurance while waiting for WSINB. If the doctors are requesting I have both treatments performed on a long-term basis, the payment method shouldn't matter if the pain is affecting my health, mentality, and ability to work.
