I've been coming to CBI for 20 years now, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very trustworthy with utmost health condition, it is the only place in Belleville I trust for my help with health care,plus when u have a lady on the front desk assisting you in the manner Kum does make it a great place for all ur health needs

after my injury, I was dealing with another clinic soon I came over to this clinic. My mental health and injury is a lot better due to kindness and expertise in their field. They don’t give up on their patients like the other clinic has done to me they Have been wonderful understanding my situation and has reschedule Accommodated me when I forget my appointments due to my severe head injury.
