Haven't even started treatment and already disappointed in them. The physiotherapist kept going on about how I am like a marshmallow (way to make me feel fat when i am already going through hell!) And kept saying my previous employment set me up for this injury from saying I sat in front of a computer all day, just because I said I was management. As directed by my physician, called to arrange post surgery physio. Several attempts never was the phone answered. Messages left never received a return call
Everyone was really good that I delt with except the OT. She was extremely pushy to get me back to work knowing that I wasn't ready. Will recommend for everything else but the Occupational therapist. Not a fan and won't be returning. She discharged me knowing that I had a cold and caught covid and yet she discharged me. Wouldn't recommend
Mark Johnson has helped me when I had severe vertigo a few years ago. I went to two doctors before I went to see him who prescribed medication that didn't help at all. Mark treated me and gave me exercises to do. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable.
Needed them a few times always been professional and knowledgeable
