After being involved in a work related accident, I was referred to the CBI team on Dundas St. East. From the moment I walked into CBI, the entire staff went out of their way to help me. My review isn't based on a single visit, its based on multiple apts each week, for a period over eight months. During this time I was supported by both Jennifer and Aaron. Jenny is excellent; straightforward and knowledgeable. I go in for DDD in my back and regular visits have improved the pain levels and functionality.
jmartin8002, i went through the very same problem with them. As i told them 5yrs or so ago, I think this a pattern with this outfit, telling you after so many sessions that your insurance company didn't cover them, then tell you to payup or they will send a collection company after you, disgusting!! Won't EVER go back!!
We had an initial session with Steve Yu and right away you can tell that he knows what he is talking about! He did a thorough history and examination, explained the problems and showed us how to do the exercises. He printed off exercise sheets so that we could remember what to do, and gave is exercise bands to use at home.
