I was a severe sciatic patient and visiting CBI since last 3 months. Front ladies are very welcoming and pleasant. They immediately used to make arrangements for me because my pain was too serious. Big thanks and applaud to my physiotherapist Bhumika Pathak for helping me to stand again on my feet , she also did regular follow ups which helped in my recovery. I have been seeing Kate Reid at CBI on Dundas for my back and hip injury. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything and continues to help me recover. Shireen and everyone at CBI is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.
I couldn't ask for a better team who has been working with me on my journey to recovery from my concussion. Sharri, Sasha and Akshita are so welcoming and amazing at keeping me up to date with ALL of my appointment needs and changes. Bhoomika and Owen (and Jenna), I'm certain that I wouldn't be at this stage in my recovery if you 3 hadn't pushed and guided me to keep going but also changing my recovery plan when needed. if i could give more stars i would the staff are always super friendly willing to give any help they can and very speedy when they do i had Mirza and this dude is amazing always checking up making sure i understand what to do and how to do it i wish i could give more thanks but i will say everyone who works here is amazing and Mirza thank you for everything you rock
Kate and Sharen and others provide exceptional care. They listen to my challenges and address them promptly with a variety of excellent modalities. They are both pleasant and understanding. I enjoy tye friendly staff at reception too! Thank you for your care and humour and expertise!
