Kinjal was excellent in assessing my issue, explaining the causes and not only prescribed relevant exercises but also worked through them with me. She was always very professional and respectful. After a few sessions with her my issue has been resolved and I am better. Highly recommend!
The team was great to work with and had open appointments right away compared to other facilities in the area. My therapist really worked to make sure she understood the problems I faced and worked with me to ensure each exercise was focused on targeting the right area and comfortable for me, especially as I continued to progress in my pregnancy. Highly recommend and would go back again should the need arise!
They were a great help with my recovery. They should me the best exercises to recover my mobility and strength after my injury. Thank you for all the help.
