Went for assessment . Member of company told me that there was absolutely no need for a Dr clearance to be in program. Found that worksafe had said that I did need clearance from my surgeon this place lies. Was asked to do things during assessment that went against OSHA regulations when I pointed this out I was told it didnt matter. This place left me feeling like they dont care about me as a person and that cbi is just looking for the money. Seems like this place lacks professionalism. Go at your own risk

CBI Health was a real game changer. I had felt lost in the system, and wasn't making headway with my recovery. This program definitely can help rehabilitate those who wish to get better.
