I virtually saw Colin for a few months as part of my return to work program after burnout. I wholeheartedly recommend him. I found it very easy to work with him, flexible, open to listening and hearing my experience, validating, trying to help me find out what works for me, and a great help in terms of reorganizing both my personal and my work life. Very grateful.
Contacted the Courtenay office and Mara Gordey was extremely unhelpful. First off having to send multiple emails over the course of weeks for a simple response and then refusing to provide me any information. We are already struggling with recovery trying to heal and stay in a stable mental state and we contact people like you for support on our journey and then that is how we are treated ? Its not acceptable to be honest and they should be ashamed.
I just graduated from an 8 week program. Both my injury and mindset healed for the better. During my time there I didn't just recover from my injury, I also learned each and every week how to handle, live with and prevent. The staff was friendly and professional day in and day out. I sometimes found myself looking for staff because they made my day so much more. I don't always get injured, but when I do, I got to CBI health
Went for assessment . Member of company told me that there was absolutely no need for a Dr clearance to be in program. Found that worksafe had said that I did need clearance from my surgeon this place lies. Was asked to do things during assessment that went against OSHA regulations when I pointed this out I was told it didnt matter. This place left me feeling like they dont care about me as a person and that cbi is just looking for the money. Seems like this place lacks professionalism. Go at your own risk
