I had an excellent experience with CBI health Richmond Hill. The staff here are incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. My physiotherapist Rupal Jariwala was really nice and professional, she helped me communicate with my insurance company, ensuring everything went smoothly. Every visit left me feeling comfortable and confident in their care. I highly recommend this clinic.
I was sent to CBI health Richmond Hill Bayview after a car accident left me with pulled muscles around my ribs and shoulder. Kaylee was amazing! She was friendly and very professional, always taking the time to listen and care for areas that were in particular pain.
