Possibly the worst run company on earth. There are always issues. A few great psw’s but most of the time they can’t fulfill the time so my 93 year old father with Alzheimer’s is left alone on his own. They send new people who have never been here so we have to train new people just about every week. We have been clients for 6 years. Nothing but issues. Absolute worse physio experience. Only did a bit of massage if that's what you can even call it and had me do excersises that made my condition worse and pushed me to do more. I was approved for more physio and most of my appointments were canceled due to staff shortage then my time ran out. Also told WSIB I'm the one didn't show up for appointments. My new physio I finally have approval for gives me massage heat electrical pads and ultrasound. Huge difference HUGE.
Constant issue with psws, won't show up on time, can't do what is required and the office won't take complaints off hours. This is a sham of public money designed to assist the inform and vulnerable. I love how the positive reviews have corporate profiles in their pictures and they sweep complaints under the rug. Someone needs to be accountable.
