Friendly staff and excellent care!
This was my second experience with CBI KANATA, and as always the experience was exceptional. I worked with Samira who was one of the best physiotherapist I have worked with. Her knowledge, gentle nature, respectful and skillful approach to meeting my needs was greatly appreciated. Her positive attitude, along with Sandi’s and the rest of the teams made going to physio a something I looked forward to instead of being a task. Avoid this place if you value your time. I went into CBI Health - Kanata Edgewater on a Saturday for an appointment to have a disability application completed. Instead of a clear answer, the lady who saw me said she didn't know if she could fill it out. She promised to check with a colleague and call me with an update on Monday or Tuesday. Monday and Tuesday came and went with no contact. By Thursday, after days of waiting, I had to call them myself to get an answer. I’ve had a great experience with my physiotherapist, Sherry. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, and has helped me feel significantly better throughout my treatment. I’ve been visiting this clinic for around two months, and the staff and overall service have consistently been excellent. Highly recommended.
