Your bankers/staff are great, but unfortunately this bank is failing at convenience. You can’t deposit money after hours because the ATM doesn’t support that function, and your mobile deposit on the app doesn’t work either. I have to say, if this app isn’t fixed soon…. I’ll be leaving this bank
The staff here is very polite, whether in person or on the phone. Always greeted with a smile when arriving at the branch, friendly, and great service! I’m going to enjoy banking here! Sometimes….. a long day at work, end of the day…. A smile can make the day! They definitely made me smile today again. Thank you!

I went in to this CBI branch today to open an account. The teller was a girl named Frances, and she was very helpful, as she quickly took down my details, and got me introduced to Elizabeth, so that I could open my new checking account. Elizabeth was extremely polite, and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire interaction. Everything was explained thoroughly to me, and I very much appreciated that. I would absolutely recommend banking with CBI, and the employees at this branch are excellent.
