The staff here is very polite, whether in person or on the phone. Always greeted with a smile when arriving at the branch, friendly, and great service! I’m going to enjoy banking here! Sometimes….. a long day at work, end of the day…. A smile can make the day! They definitely made me smile today again. Thank you!

I went in to this CBI branch today to open an account. The teller was a girl named Frances, and she was very helpful, as she quickly took down my details, and got me introduced to Elizabeth, so that I could open my new checking account. Elizabeth was extremely polite, and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire interaction. Everything was explained thoroughly to me, and I very much appreciated that. I would absolutely recommend banking with CBI, and the employees at this branch are excellent.
The CBI Washington office is the best around. They are miles better than the local competitors in Washington with their helpful smiles, can do attitudes, and helpful suggestions. I’m very grateful for my bank and the people that work there.
