They were incredibly kind and helpful, even though I didn’t make a purchase immediately. They went out of their way to show me all the options and let me make up my own mind about which chair I wanted. I highly recommend going to them. They operate like a family-run business that truly cares about its customers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience with CBD Quality New and Used Furniture! Jayson was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire process. Jayson was super helpful and friendly in educating and letting us try the different types of office chairs available in their warehouse. We walked away happy with a Ballet Task Chair (super comfy!) and very appreciative of Jayson and his brother's time throughout our visit on Saturday morning. Thank you both, and we will definitely be back for future home office fitouts :)

I purchased the most comfortable chair at a fraction of its original cost, and the customer service was incredible. I cannot recommend them highly enough. When I expressed uncertainty about liking the chair, they were more than willing to let me return it and swap it without hesitation. The staff were the nicest guys, and the chairs are exceptionally comfortable. It was a 10/10 experience.

Went there to buy a chair for my home office. They were very helpful and patient with me testing multiple ones back and forth. Picked a used Interstuhl chair that I'm very happy with. Ended up coming back another weekend for sister's home office chair too.
