I purchased the most comfortable chair at a fraction of its original cost, and the customer service was incredible. I cannot recommend them highly enough. When I expressed uncertainty about liking the chair, they were more than willing to let me return it and swap it without hesitation. The staff were the nicest guys, and the chairs are exceptionally comfortable. It was a 10/10 experience.

Great selection of furniture and fast and efficient service
I paid for a piece of furniture, and although they set it aside for me, they ended up giving me a random one in front of them instead, claiming it was the same. They also mentioned that the chair could be disassembled to fit in a cab, but that was false. The staff did not take responsibility for these issues and instead shifted the blame to other workers. They are friendly before the sale and careless after. Gave wrong contact number and not responsive by phone. Absolute waste of time that cannot be refunded
