sold me bad flower that hardly burned. when they were weighing my eighth the worker kept putting in the tiniest buds ended up with loads of stems. do not shop here for flower.
I want to be clear that review is reflective of my thoughts on corporate, not this individual store. The customer service at this store has been amazing. My issue is that corporate owns the Turnt Up line of products that is sold in their stores. I understand that they have a no returns/exchanges policy but the fact that they won’t exchange one of their own products due to defect (that they are fully aware of) is absolutely ridiculous.
