CBD Plus USA is the worst retail business I’ve ever come across. Sales representative made a mistake, overcharged me and could not refund me even though I noticed it straight away on the receipt. 5 days later a manager (Jessica) calls me and offers me about half of the overcharged amount in store credit and mentions there’s a store closer to where I live. I love CBD Plus USA Waco! The staff are super knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. They have an impressive variety and selection of CBD products, Delta 8 and even some THC items, all at great prices. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed and friendly, making the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Would definitely come back again because of the pricing and overall vibe.
