Ordered many things from them and everything was shipped out the next business day, the boxes were a little roughed up from UPS but when I opened them the packaging was very nice and secure with everything in good condition. I also reached out via email with a question and got a very prompt response. Will be a repeat customer for all Aprilia needs!
