I absolutely love this credit union. The employees at the Simi Valley branch are amazing and always go the extra mile to help. I recommend if you are looking for the small town feeling where you are not just a number but a customer, look no further.
I visited this location as a nonmember, but they participate in shared branching had to tell you the parking was playful, but it was very lucky. They were able to help me with my transaction very quickly. They offer a wide variety of services for people in this area and I can’t say this enough, they share space with the donut shop literally God‘s gift from earth banking, and donuts at the same time that’s like 90% of my day taken care of, but I would say this Credit Union has to be one of the most polite, friendly and quickl... read more
