From the moment we walked into Ocean Air, Ms Liz greeted us with the biggest smile and listened to what our needs were. She took the time to explain each step of the process and helped us be informed as best as possible to make the best decision for us. She explored all options and really made us feel comfortable. $10 per monthly fee! I was with the CBC Federal Credit Union for over 30 years. They served us well. Now it is Ocean Air. Goofy name, sounds like an air purifier for your home. We moved our banking to the Navy Federal Credit Union because rates and terms were better. But I left some funds in Ocean Air. On January 1, 2025 I got a notice that Ocean Air will be charging my account $10 per month because it is inactive. This is ridiculous.
