One teller there is so rude and always in a bad mood. It’s a shame that someone like that works there.
Never use this bank! This bank is all about charging fees to customers. And those fees are ridiculously higher than others. The staff at the branch are not polite and very indifferent to customer matter. Closed both my and my wife's account this week.
They won’t cash a check drawn on this location without contacting the person who wrote the check. Really ? When asked to see the bank policy in writing they refuse and say it’s “internal policy”. Better off going to a Chase or BoA instead of this rinky dinky bank.
