Recently attended this branch didn’t have a pleasant experience with a very unhelpful staff member on your front counter. I would expect an extremely high level of customer service from your front counter staff but certainly didn’t find this Staff Member helpful or friendly in anyway. I was approached by a 2nd staff member who I can honestly say went above and beyond to assist me.
