The manager Sheree whose poster is everywhere in the Branch should do more for customers than just home loans. Like campaigning for 2 coin, note deposit machines instead of one also having the outside ATM repaired.
Coin machine usually not accepting coins! Outside teller has been out of order for months very poor customer care. Maintenance is obviously a huge issue at this branch along with automated responses.

Updated coin deposit machine is absolutely garbage takes 5kg of coins and spits all the rest back out. Hasn’t got a scale so you have to take chance to guess the weight and do multiple transactions just to deposit coins. After multiple deposits still would not accept all coins and spat a lot back out. The old machine was way better no issues what a great idea to put that new rubbish in.
