If no stars could be given I would, customer service is appalling. Went there today to help mum with her safety deposit box and was told it wasn’t there and there were fees to have it transferred, etc etc no help given at all. Apparently they contacted the Kew branch several times (where the box was, after a couple of branches had closed where the box was transferred to and they said Kew wasn’t answering.
