REALLY REALLY BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE EXPERIENCE WHICH I EVER HAD. The brunch manager was so rude when she talked with me, didn't even care about what situation you were in. The ATM got my card after i deposited my money, their services so bad. I don't even wanna work my money with CBA ever.
The deposit machines are out of service so often I feel the need to leave this feedback. My company likes to use these machines but it's a real wait of time to arrive and find them not working every other week.
