A couple of the staff are disrespectful to customers. I have experienced this myself. Customers are not directed to the correct area. I heard one customer told it was too late to process a power of attorney after he had waited on the cashier line for 20 minutes before redirect. On this occasion only one poor teller was serving a que of 9 customers which continued to grow. She showed empathy and was very apologetic for the long wait. Surely customer service is a priority over back office work.
