I visited this branch to open a business account just after lunch and was told that they have no capacity and have to book me in for the next day. I took a quick look around and saw nobody else in the foyer except for me. You gotta up your game to stay in it CBA.
Went in to queue up just for pin reset, customer service person asked for my name and put me in the list then asked me to wait. There were 2 tellers available at the counter that she didn't direct me to but to wait. Got fed up of waiting after few mins, I then approached to the counter for assistance instead. Don't know what was the point of waiting for and time wasted. Disappointed with the customer service.
Worst customer service
This bank invests too much of peoples' money into fossil fuels. There are better places for me to put my savings.
