I just have to stay the experience at the store was incredible, they took care of me with so much graciousness and helped me with an issue. I was worried would be met with a dead end. This will now be my local Goto store coming from Westchester because customer service is everything. A huge shout out to Anise and the store manager Krista who also has the coolest hair and timeless beauty.
Went into this location today and not a single staff member greeted or asked if I needed help, even though the store was empty and they were all just hanging out and talking at their desks. Completely made me lose any interest to purchase my couch there and also ever buy anything from Crate & Barrel. Boooo
We ordered a vase and a dresser from this location. The vase arrived with a chip out of the front, and the dresser has two spots on the face where it was clearly abraided during shipping, so it flashes. You have a lot of options for furniture in this area. I recommend skipping this shop.
I had a very frustrating experience with Daniel during what should have been a simple in-store pickup. I placed an order earlier this morning and stopped by while I was already in the area. Daniel told me he couldn’t find my order, had no visibility into store inventory, and that I had to wait for the “ready for pickup” email before coming in. Excellent furniture shop with a great range of high-quality and stylish furniture. The staff was friendly and very helpful in assisting me to choose the right items for my home. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly satisfied overall.
