Really underwhelming experience with this location for our new apartment we purchased. We wanted to leverage the free design service they excessively advertise and reached out to do so June 25th for an appointment in mid-July. I just have to stay the experience at the store was incredible, they took care of me with so much graciousness and helped me with an issue. I was worried would be met with a dead end. This will now be my local Goto store coming from Westchester because customer service is everything. A huge shout out to Anise and the store manager Krista who also has the coolest hair and timeless beauty.

Went into this location today and not a single staff member greeted or asked if I needed help, even though the store was empty and they were all just hanging out and talking at their desks. Completely made me lose any interest to purchase my couch there and also ever buy anything from Crate & Barrel. Boooo
