An absolutely unacceptable experience with CB2. We purchased 11–12 different items from this store, spending close to $10,000, and the quality control and delivery experience were a complete disaster. The sofa and armchairs, which had light-colored fabric, arrived with black stains on the back. The planters were broken and extremely poor in quality, and one of the three mirrors was damaged. I had a wonderful experience working with Elise at CB2. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process of selecting and purchasing my furniture. She answered all my questions and made everything feel easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her excellent customer service and would highly recommend asking for Elise if you visit the store!
Customer service is piss poor, you work at a CB2, not the design center. Keep your arrogant attitude in check- cashier man. Who would to shop at this place?
I had one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had with CB2. I had 11 items scheduled for delivery, including a sofa, chairs, mirrors, a desk, and other furniture. Out of those 11 items, at least 6 arrived with serious issues. The sofa fabric was dirty and damaged, other upholstered pieces were stained, and one of the planters arrived broken.
