I don’t have an issue with the furniture, just the service. Don’t expect any design help from here. The manager, Dakota, is non responsive. I had a no show designer, then 2 cancellations, and no follow up from the manager or designer. Very poor service. Even after the designer finally came out, she forgot to take some measurements. She only responds if I follow up. Highly recommend Arhaus and RH who have been amazing in furnishing our house.
This company uses the absolute worst delivery contractor. They showed up at the very last minute of the delivery window smelling of pot, dropped the huge box off in the vestibule and had me sign, snapped a pic and walked out the door without unpacking it or installing it. Had I known it was a set up, I would not have signed. I now am dealing with having to schedule more time off to coordinate a return pickup as I am not dealing with a business that operates this way. Please don’t waste your time going to this store. They truly do not care about their customers. The staff is extremely rude and they don’t even answer your questions. I’m not talking about just one bad experience — this has happened during five different visits. I honestly hope the store closes and another brand takes its place, hires professional and kind staff, and gives customers the chance to enjoy shopping at the beautiful Galleria. We were disappointed with our registry “appointment” at this store. The staff generally didn’t seem to be expecting us despite the fact that we received a confirmation email after making an appointment online and a reminder email as well. The person sent to help us with the registry said “we don’t really do registry appointments” but told us we could scan in the app if we wanted to add items, meanwhile signage at the store advertised registries and one-on-one assistance in store.
