I had the worst experience with CB2 at Tysons Galleria. After waiting three months for a dining table, the store manager personally assured me that it would be delivered—only for the wrong item to arrive instead. What made it even worse? No one bothered to follow up or correct the mistake. I had to chase them myself, and the level of care and professionalism was nonexistent. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experience I’ve ever had. I expected much better from a brand like CB2.
we had the best experience furnishing our home with CB2, the whole staff were very nice, and it was helpful dealing with their Interior Designer, Ms. Leila who had lots of great ideas and input in our furniture selections making things look great together at our home.
3 sales people in the store and one other client who was checking the furniture. All 3 were focused on the other client. I asked them a couple of times i just need to get this tray. They looked at me and the showed me a sign with their hands meaning wait.. i waited more than 15 minutes and asked them again... they just looked at me and this time they completely ignored me.. Terrible experience! Do not sign anything when purchasing from here. When I bought a 6000$ couch and they promised to deliver it within 8 weeks, I believed them and sign the paperwork. I called them many times after 10 weeks and they still don’t have the couch. I asked them to at least consider a discount or give me a loner couch, they refused and said I have signed the papers saying no matter what happens and how long the merchandise delivery takes I don’t have rights to cancel or object and sit and wait until whenever they... read more
Placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. Never received the order. Found out CB2 didn't send it. They refused to refund my credit card. Instead, they gave me store credit. Why would someone want to buy something from a store that won't send an item and refused to tell the customer. I wasted over 10 hours of my time...and they stole $300 from me.
