I’m extremely disappointed with my recent in-store experience at CB2. I went to the store yesterday and purchased 12 wine glasses and 18 other glasses. When I opened the boxes at home today, I discovered that multiple wine glasses were missing from two of the boxes, and one of the other glasses was chipped. Poor customer service. Scheduled a design appointment a month ago to receive an email stating that they received my request to cancel my appointment two days before it was supposed to happen. I did not initiate this cancellation. Emailed to inquiry why my appointment was canceled. No response. Called the store. The design manager is not in. Left a message, still no response. Why push for people to use the free service just to cancel and not follow up?
Update - 5 stars for the customer service from Mia, but 1 star for CB2. Our second attempt at a table also broke in transit. We’ve now been waiting 8 weeks. This of course raises concerns about their quality (we bought a solid walnut base with marble top, and the base arrived damaged to the warehouse). WRONG location Google Maps! It is beside Hard House in the mall
Actually had a fine experience with the staff. But picked up two lamps both of which were defective I was told to return them in store which I did however upon arrival was told they needed the original boxes which I had not been told by customer service and no longer had and was told customer service would have to send me new boxes for the return.
