I thought the reviews couldn’t be that bad, but unfortunately they are all right in terms of the service… The salespeople don’t bother and are pretentious.
Apparently they don’t know what the store hours are. I’m waiting along with other cb2 workers to get the store that should have opened at 10am. I drove here to pick up an order to save on shipping. Never again!
Every experience I have had with this company has be shockingly bad. I ordered a very expensive concrete table which was on back order and took about 6 months to arrive. It arrived completely broken and was taken back. The next table was fine for 2 weeks. Then chunks of concrete began chipping off. I had the worst experience with CB2 at Tysons Galleria. After waiting three months for a dining table, the store manager personally assured me that it would be delivered—only for the wrong item to arrive instead. What made it even worse? No one bothered to follow up or correct the mistake. I had to chase them myself, and the level of care and professionalism was nonexistent. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experience I’ve ever had. I expected much better from a brand like CB2.
