I just had the pleasure of dealing with the most wonderful manager, Neil. Neil was such a solution finder to my issue. This young man listened, was super patient and really cared that I had a first class experience. I thought the reviews couldn’t be that bad, but unfortunately they are all right in terms of the service… The salespeople don’t bother and are pretentious.
Apparently they don’t know what the store hours are. I’m waiting along with other cb2 workers to get the store that should have opened at 10am. I drove here to pick up an order to save on shipping. Never again!
Every experience I have had with this company has be shockingly bad. I ordered a very expensive concrete table which was on back order and took about 6 months to arrive. It arrived completely broken and was taken back. The next table was fine for 2 weeks. Then chunks of concrete began chipping off.
