Mia at CB2 Tysons made shopping at an impersonal national chain feel like working with a neighborhood furniture studio. Amazing customer service. Our dream marble table was broken in transit - we never saw it, and unfortunately the model is discontinued (we’d bought the last one). Mia went above and beyond to help us find something we love just as much. If you buy from CB2, ask for Mia.
Miguel was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend the CB2 store at Tysons Galleria.
Terrible customer service BOTH in-person and on the phone. I talked to someone on the phone just now who seemed so impatient and claims that he is the only one in-store and was asking me in a rude manner "would you like to set up a design appointment". I would set one up if I needed to but I called the phone instead. To be fair, he answered all my questions but in a very unenthusiastic way!!!
Do not even bother with the interior design services.
I've been very satisfied with range of decorative items I've purchased from CB2. I've ordered a host of items over the years like ceramic and brass bowls, porcelain vases, concrete urns, wooden console tables, candles and candle holders, marble trays, and resin busts. I've been very happy with the quality of materials, price points, product selection and availability, modern styles, quick shipping, and friendliness of customer service. They do an excellent job of filling the niche of black and white modern decor.
