Karisha arrived 30 minutes late for our appointment and didn’t even contact me. I had to call the main store and they were unable to give me an ETA. I was really looking forward to meeting the designer to revamp my home. The lack of punctuality and accountability started the whole appointment off on the wrong foot. I purchased a $3K+ CB2 Lumin sectional in 2020. It turned from grey to pink in one year from normal indoor sunlight and tore within five years despite light use, no kids, and no abuse. I expected 10–15 years of durability for this price point. I’m HIGHLY disappointed in the quality.
Sent damaged product without protection needed for delivery, never responded.
This is my favorite piece of furniture. No matter how many years I use it, I never get tired of it if anything, I love it more and more over time in a way that's hard to put into words. It's simple yet very stylish. The staff are also extremely professional, efficient, and genuinely kind, which makes the whole experience even better.
The CB2 at this location definetly deserves a better store manager. Rest of the staff is brilliant but the manager needs to reevaluate her approach. Just because the customer has a smile her on her face doesnt mean you get a free pass to show your temper. Visit 12/14/25, afternoon. I will escalate this to the corporate, visited for purchase and returns.
