I think I made a mistake by buying furniture from CB2. I bought living and dining furniture from CB2 Tyson corner Galleria Mall. And I asked for in home design consultation. I made the appointment online. And in the day of the appointment before about one hour a guy called and said we will not be able to come. I feel sorry that I chose CB2 to buy furniture. The don’t care about customers and they don’t value them. If they don’t want to provide in home why they put it as an option in their website ?!
I had a great experience at this store. The staff was very kind and went above and beyond to help me. Neal was so patient and attentive, it was a very positive shopping experience!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I made a purchase of $4k+ back in April and it is now August and I still haven't received my items. Besides that, they have horrible customer service. The site is terrible, if you're looking for your order the system is glitchy. The quality is not all that for the money you're paying. Scammers is who they are.
I just had the pleasure of dealing with the most wonderful manager, Neil. Neil was such a solution finder to my issue. This young man listened, was super patient and really cared that I had a first class experience. In my opinion, all customer service should take a leaf out of the genteman's book....Simply outstanding! All that's left to say is, "Lucky me"! Thank you again, Bev
I thought the reviews couldn’t be that bad, but unfortunately they are all right in terms of the service… The salespeople don’t bother and are pretentious.
