The worst purchase I’ve ever made. There is absolutely no customer support, and delivery was delayed by over two months with no explanation. They delivered a completely dirty sofa, and I’ve been trying to return it or resolve the issue ever since, but there is no phone number where I can actually reach someone to fix this. They just keep passing me around from one person to another, and for over two months, I’ve had a dirty sofa sitting in the middle of my living room with no solution in sight.
Ordered multiple times at this store and faced horrible communication, service and delivery. Their back office functions are lacking as the computer does not always track the order, items are frequently out of stock and the stafff are clueless to help, especially if the item is at the warehouse. A big tell is that CB2 does not solicit customer reviews!
Alex was super helpful with making great suggestions, as well as helping us with our order.
I visited this store last Sunday and purchased several items from the final sale rack. A new employee checked me out. And about two minutes later, right before closing, was told by another employee (guy) that the pricing would be adjusted and that I would receive an updated receipt within 10 minutes. Arielle and Abraham at CB2 have been absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way.
