Every aspect of the purchasing experience with CB2 has been awful. We ordered a dining room table and 4 chairs, and within 10 days, one of the chairs had already broken. CB2 arranged to have the broken chair replaced; however, their impatient delivery driver left within minutes, giving us almost no time to respond. They can't replace the chair for literally a month, sticking us with a broken chair. Customer service was rude and condescending and has failed to follow up.
