I have ordered from CB2 for over 6 years now. My home and small business both have many items from here. I recently had a delivery experience that will more than likely stop any future purchases. The delivery company they use now is awful. No communication, the tracking is way off, and they just leave your item where they see fit. I reserved the loading dock, I made sure my pet was out of the way, I took time out of my schedule to be home and ready. Great customer service
Lost the hardware to our bedframe in a move. Contacted CB2 to get replacement hardware. They treated a bag of bolts like a national security secret and flat out REFUSED to tell me if they even had the hardware available even though they are still selling the bedframe bc I couldn’t find the order number. Finally found the order number and got them to send the bolts out (2-3 business days) after another hour on the phone confirming all my information and new address, but they wouldn’t give me tracking information.
