I visited this store last Sunday and purchased several items from the final sale rack. A new employee checked me out. And about two minutes later, right before closing, was told by another employee (guy) that the pricing would be adjusted and that I would receive an updated receipt within 10 minutes. Arielle and Abraham at CB2 have been absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Had to wait 20 minutes for curbside pick up with a baby in my car and call multiple times time to get someone to help me. This was on a weekday with one customer in the store
Huge shoutout to Arielle, the manager at CB2! I had made an arrangement with one of her employees, and when it came time to follow through, Arielle totally honored it — no pushback, no runaround. On top of that, she shipped the items to my house for free, which I know wasn't cheap on her end. It's so refreshing to deal with someone who just does the right thing without making it complicated.
