Every aspect of the purchasing experience with CB2 has been awful. We ordered a dining room table and 4 chairs, and within 10 days, one of the chairs had already broken. CB2 arranged to have the broken chair replaced; however, their impatient delivery driver left within minutes, giving us almost no time to respond. They can't replace the chair for literally a month, sticking us with a broken chair. Customer service was rude and condescending and has failed to follow up. I have ordered from CB2 for over 6 years now. My home and small business both have many items from here. I recently had a delivery experience that will more than likely stop any future purchases. The delivery company they use now is awful. No communication, the tracking is way off, and they just leave your item where they see fit. I reserved the loading dock, I made sure my pet was out of the way, I took time out of my schedule to be home and ready. All to have them leave a very oversized item in the basement of my building ... read more
