Horrible Experience, I had ordered a dresser and paid for delivery and assembly, I live on the 4th floor apartment with no elevator as many buildings in Boston do not. I told them about this and explained thats why I have no problem paying the $300 delivery fee on top of the already $1700 dresser. I scheduled the delivery for that coming Friday, waited 3 hours for the delivery men to come, the delivery guys came, brought the dresser half way up the stairs, then said it was too heavy. They definitely hired new people for this location and they are exceptionally accommodating. Visited the store October 30, 2024, and the associates assisted me with some cash and carry items as well as an online pick up.
