I recently ordered a beautiful rug and a liner online from CB2, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out. Instead of shipping it back, I decided to drive into Boston to return the items in person. The pendant I purchased was blatantly misrepresented online, the product photos show ONE clean cord, but the actual item arrives with TWO wires. I even have screenshots from their own customer service team admitting that the photos do not show the two wires, which means they are fully aware of their false advertising. Horrible Experience, I had ordered a dresser and paid for delivery and assembly, I live on the 4th floor apartment with no elevator as many buildings in Boston do not. I told them about this and explained thats why I have no problem paying the $300 delivery fee on top of the already $1700 dresser. I scheduled the delivery for that coming Friday, waited 3 hours for the delivery men to come, the delivery guys came, brought the dresser half way up the stairs, then said it was too heavy.
