I ordered a chair online in mid-February. Initially it was anticipated to be delivered in late March. That timeline was pushed to mid-April. It is finally now available. But I am unable to schedule delivery because of their delivery system being incapable of accommodating working people's schedules, with cancellation fees charged if you can't change your schedule to work around their arbitrary, last-minute availability. Lots of dust on shelves, and finger smudges all over samples. Friendly staff but not above and beyond. The lack of hygiene was a considerable turn off.
