This company is awful - every order I've ever placed has been a huge headache and problem. RELUCTANTLY I ordered my 4 address Numerals from them, and everything showed in stock at the time of order. Only received 2 of the 4 numbers, and then went back and the 2nd 2 numbers are on back order until next year. So crazy they cant get their S(#* together on any item. I like CB2's style. Most of the time they have interesting products at not terrible prices. Sales and floor samples can provide pleasant surprises. The staff are always knowledgeable and professional.
Review for CB2 online. Purchased a nearly $2k bed frame from CB2 online. The untreated MDF slats off gassing formaldehyde made the bed unusable and a health hazard. Very poor manufacturing. Customer service was good about organizing a return for us, however. They need better quality control at this price point.
The delivery experience and cb2 customer service has been absolutely awful. The driver arrived before their estimated time and now I have to wait 24 hours to even reschedule even though it was their mistake and issue. The driver also said the item was delivered, which it wasn’t, so there’s a whole issue in the system. I was hung up on by the first customer service rep, told it was my fault by the second (I guess they expected me to be home outside of the delivery window) and she insisted they called me but I had no missed ca... read more
