Great prices for tableware and cs always helpful, very friendly and attentive. Will continue to buy things here.
Impeccably pretentious furniture store, also the product I wanted wasn't available for purchase cause they were all on display
Needs new management. When we walked in the front door there didn’t appear to be anyone working in the store. Also no one currently assigned to handling back pickups. Had to call CB2 corporate support to find someone that worked there.
My experience at this establishment was nothing short of abysmal. Not only did they egregiously overcharge me, but they also categorically refused to issue a refund, instead subjecting me to an infuriating ordeal of shuttling between multiple locations just to rectify their incompetence. The so-called manager on duty was appallingly discourteous, exuding an utter disdain for even the most basic tenets of customer service. This place is a masterclass in ineptitude, and I wouldn’t return if they paid me.
