Steven went above and beyond to help us, and we truly appreciated it. We purchased a bed and were having trouble getting it into our vehicle. Steven took the initiative and time to help us get it loaded. His willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. JT was also extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. Honestly I never leave Google Reviews, but I needed to for this location. I typically love the CB2 experience but this one was terrible. I was all because of the employees. Unhelpful, very rude, and just wanted the store to close down. Stars are only given because the selection. If you want to be ignored or feel that the employees want nothing to do with them come here.
