Gabby is such an incredible designer! She helped with kindness and patience! Can’t wait to buy more from her! She’s definitely an asset to CB2!
Bought a bed and did store pickup, only to drive 4 hours home and find out my bed was missing hardware needed to assemble it. Just moved to the area and this was our only bed. Called and the only person who could help wasn’t there. Ended up getting the missing hardware a week later. Was told I’d get a phone call to apologize and see if there was anything else they could do, but never got one. Disappointed at the customer service for what is supposed to be a higher end furniture store.
