Lynne is the mvp here. I had to prep for an aroma display at a beauty convention, and she was super helpful in exploring all the different options the store had to offer based off of my needs and even gave me helpful tips for future shows. Our short interaction this day made for a lasting impression.
The staff here come across as indifferent and snobbish, appearing busy at their computers while actually just scrolling through their phones and being unhelpful. Although CB2 has a lovely design, I think management should consider an undercover boss approach to improve the customer experience.

The online check-in service for onsite pick-up is an absolute joke. It asked me to provide details like the car model, color, and where I parked. But 15 minutes after I submitted that info, no one attended to my order. I called customer service and was told that the store staff had been notified and would bring out my items soon. Another 15 minutes passed, and I finally lost my patience and used the intercom outside the curbside pickup door.
