I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received at the CB2 Paramus store, thanks to Gabby. She truly exemplifies what outstanding service should look like. The store staff approached as we stepped in, told us her name so nicely, asked if anything she could help us with. When we showed her the item we looked at cb2 website, she said she would look into it. 15M later, she did not come back, we saw her chatting with her colleague at the counter. We asked if she found it. She said " what item?" Seriously?? It's ok if you do not know what your customers asked for, just let them know so they do not waste their time.
