Chris helped me overcome my knee pain - I went from having pain while walking to being able to barbell squat comfortably again. He was really invested in my rehabilitation and continued to follow up months later. I would definitely recommend him for anyone seeking physiotherapy.
Chris is very knowledgable in regards to injuries. I've sustained an elbow injury recently and his knowledge is exemplary. Hoping to get on the mend soon along with Chris's exercises and recommendations. Highly recommended.
