Paula asks what areas need attention and listens to what you tell her, then proceeds to address those issues to relieve the areas of tension, tightness, and pain. She makes sure the pressure used is tolerable. You leave feeling loosened up, with reduced pain, and improved range of motion. :) I have recommended her to several people for them to seek help them with their issues.
Paula is an excellent therapist. I was lucky enough to get a last minute apt. with her right before my baby shower and she completely fixed an awful crick in my neck and gave me a wonderful prenatal massage. Highly recommended for both medical massage and relaxation!
