Without these people I would literally starve.
I received a response but it took a week. When I did what I was told to do, I still haven't received a call back. It seems to be typical with all my dealings with cap since I arrived here in Auburn. Unfortunately I have never been treated as a DV case and I don't know why. The resources in Cayuga County are minimal for domestic violence and it is very unfortunate.

Was told to meet with Melicia to have a child car seat installed. Told me as long as I got there before 1:30pm she would be able to help me. Showed well before that time, and she was nowhere to be found and nobody could help me. Waste of time
