Caryn was fantastic. This was my first time with anything like this and she answered all my questions and walked me through the process, calming any nerves I had before my appointment. I was struggling with some stubborn fat around my lower belly ahd love handles even though I am active and eat well. After the first visit I saw and felt such a difference. I started feeling like i was in my old body again. I would highly recommended!
